چکیده

Biyopolimerlerin ambalaj malzemesi olarak kullanımı düşük mekanik, termal ve bariyer özelliklere sahip olması nedeniyle kısıtlıdır. Bu kısıtlama biyopolimerlere dolgu malzemeleri eklenerek giderilebilmektedir. çalışmada saf polikaprolakton (PCL) % 0,5 w/v oranında halloysit (HAL) karıştırılarak, PCL/HAL filmler çözelti döküm yöntemiyle hazırlanmıştır. filmlere yapısal (ATR-FTIR XRD), (TGA) mekanik (çekme-kopma, sertlik) testler yapılmıştır. filmlerin Terime sıcaklığı, sertlik gerilme dayanımlarında PCL göre artış gözlenmiştir. antimikrobiyal etkisini incelemek için borik asit, sitrik asit askorbik (% 0,25) eklenmiştir. etkisi gram pozitif Staphylococcus aureus 29213 negatif Escheria coli 35218 bakterilerine karşı incelenmiştir. Antimikrobiyal aktivite deneyi sonucunda eklenen miktarının yeterli inhibisyon gösteremediği Sonuç PCL’ye HAL eklenmesi özelliklerinde artışa sebep olmuştur bu nedenle kullanılabilir potansiyele olduğu düşünülmektedir.

Evaluation of hydrophilic properties of acrylonitrile/acrylic acid copolymer films dendrigrafted with citric acid

The present study investigates the hydrophilic properties of acrylonitrile/acrylic acid P(AN/AA) copolymer films with various acrylic acid (AA) contents dendrigrafted with citric acid from zero to fourth generation numbers. It was found that the hydrophilicity of the dendrigrafted films was a complicated phenomenon. Various parameters such as intermolecular hydrogen bonding, roughness and activ...

Analysis of ascorbic acid, citric acid and benzoic acid in orange juice

Food additives, such as antioxidants and preservatives, are added to increase the shelf life of food items. In this Application Note, we describe a method to quantify an antioxidant (vitamin C) and preservatives (citric acid, benzoic acid) in orange juice. The method was developed on an Agilent 1260 Infinity LC system using an Agilent Poroshell EC-C18 column. Partial method validation was perfo...

Citric acid cross-linking of starch films

This paper shows that citric acid can cross-link starch and improve the tensile strength, thermal stability and decrease the dissolution of starch films in water and formic acid. The poor mechanical properties and water stability of starch have restricted its industrial applications. Although cross-linking is a common approach to improve the properties of starch products, current starch cross-l...
